Purchased items are eligible for return within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The item must be unused and in its original condition. However, due to logistics conditions, product returns are only accepted under particular conditions.
Return conditions
Damaged or wrong product: If the product was damaged during transportation or there was a mistake in shipping, we refund the price paid for the product. For inspection and confirmation, the customer must notify us within 7 days of receipt and provide clear pictures of the damage or error.
Change of mind: Due to the high costs of sending and returning goods, it is not possible to return goods due to change of mind. Please carefully check the specifications and images of the product before purchasing and contact our support team if needed.
Return process: After confirming the return request, the customer must send the product to our office in the UAE. After receiving and thoroughly inspecting, we will arrange with you how to refund or send a replacement product. Note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The address for the product referral will be sent to you by email after confirmation.
